The DFC requests of its Residential Mortgage Customers in the Belize District and Cayo District, whose properties sustained damages due to Hurricane Lisa, to report such damages to the DFC as soon as possible.

- Complete and sign the form.
- Scan and Email the form to the DFC District Branch Office for your area.
Belize District: Email completed forms to maria.herrera@dfcbelize.org
Cayo District: Email completed forms to levi.shol@dfcbelize.org
We will attend to, on a ‘first-come, first-serve’ basis, so we urge customers to submit their forms as early as possible.
