THE POSITION
The Administrative Clerk delivers high-quality administrative support to the Branch, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The incumbent proactively assists the Branch Manager in preparing reports to evaluate the Branch’s operational efficiency. Additionally, he/she contributes to the development of the Branch’s Loan Activity Budget and helps to monitor budget performance. His/her role is integral to maintaining high standards of service, ensuring efficiency, and providing timely support to both internal and external clients of the Corporation.

Education & Experience
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least two years of experience providing administrative services.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare Monthly reports on the status of Enquiries and Applications of the Branch.
- Prepare monthly Reports on Loans approved or rejected for the Branch.
- Assist with the preparation of the Capital, Training and Administrative Expense budgets.
- Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager.
- Provide logistical support to the Branch.
- Provide support to the branch in preparing Letters of Offer and facilitating disbursements as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills – reading, verbal, business writing, proofreading, and strong inter-personal and public relations skills. Fluency in Spanish Language would be an asset.
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities. The incumbent will be required to juggle multiple and unexpected priorities as a normal part of the responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping, filing and scheduling.
- Demonstrate a mature and professional approach and presence.
- Team oriented and possess a positive attitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethical behavior.
